Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit of two night stay is required to confirm and hold your reservation. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

There is a $25 fee for canceled reservations. Deposits are refundable only if canceled at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 10 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit if canceled. Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates in the event of late arrivals or early departures.

Check-in and Check-out

Your room will be available for check-in after 4:00 p.m. It is important that everyone check-out by 11:00 a.m. Luggage can be stored for early arrivals and will be pre-shipped to your departure city upon check-out.

Hot Continental Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. each morning. Enjoy a choice of two alternating hot items, a selection of bread, pastries, fruits, cereals, and oatmeal. Drink selections are juice, milk, coffee, and tea. A limited selection of gluten-free options will be made available during breakfast.

Transportation

Visit Getting Here for ferry information. Additional information regarding special discounted ferry tickets and insider tips will be included on the confirmation emailed to you upon making your reservation.

Once you arrive on the Island you may choose to walk, bike, or take a horse and buggy taxi to Pine Cottage. Taxi Information

Non-Smoking Policy

All rooms are smoke-free.

Pet Policy

Pine Cottage allows only certified service animals. A $250 room cleaning fee will be charged to any room with animals to return the room to a pet-free condition.
