Mackinac Island, Michigan
At the end of quiet Bogan Lane sits one of Mackinac Island’s treasured hideaways – historic Pine Cottage. Tucked away from the bustling Main Street, just a short stroll from shopping, restaurants, bicycle rentals, ferry docks, and a glistening harbor that maintains extraordinary views of Lake Huron.
After stepping inside, it is easy to appreciate Pine Cottage’s quaint charm. The ambiance easily allows one to envision Victorian-era women in sweeping gowns and men in coats and hats, stepping off steamships in the harbor, boarding a carriage, and making their way up the lane to take tea on the porch or read in the parlor as guests.
Pine Cottage offers beautiful rooms with one or two queen beds with private or shared baths. For larger groups, there is a suite that sleeps up to six people.
